Debra has an extensive fitness background with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science and over 20 yrs of personal training and group fitness instruction. She added onto her education with all Pilates certifications in 2008. Starting with power lifting way back in the day to today, Pilates is the base of all my love of fitness. It revitalizes the mind, body and spirit. Bringing to the environment, knowledge of mind to control breath and power of our bodies, learning internal strength with flow it awakes each and every part of you.
As Joseph Pilates says, Pilates brings it all together. Breath Control Mind with concentrated movement.
